We often sit in our own pride of how we “are trying” to do better in terms of our health. We are trying to eat better, or trying to exercise more, or trying to stay consistent with our chiropractic care. But what does trying really mean? “Trying” really means that you are not DOING. You haven’t really made the commitment, you’re dabbling and dabbling doesn’t create change. So stop thinking about being better, stop trying to be better….just BE better. The proverbial toolbox is all stacked up at our office with ways that you can enhance your design…you just have to reach in and decide and DO.
