of this coupled with a sedentary lifestyle.
At Chamberlain Chiropractic we use
a specific process to enable you to rebuild a happier, pain
free and more gratifying life. A major portion of this process
is helping you create the strategy to overcome and adapt

Time
Management:
We help you to create a strategy to prioritize your time
as well as be more efficient. This will help you to have
the time you need to create and maintain the health habits
you need to build a better body and a better life.
Enhancing
YOUR Chiropractic Care:
We design a treatment plan tailored specifically to you
to correct any abnormal spinal structures or postures that
may be creating a condition known as vertebral subluxation.
Therefore, it is important that we sit together knee to
knee and find out which of the following areas are in the
greatest need of balancing in order to achieve the best
results ---based on your specific needs and goals.
Exercise Planning And Modification:
We will determine your current level of exercise, take into
account your goals and your specific spinal structure and
add to and/or modify your exercise and stretching program
so that it is streamline, time efficient, therapeutic (as
apposed to destructive) and most of all easy and fun.
Nutrition:
We will do an in depth and specific evaluation to determine
your individual nutritional needs. We will then help you
determine a strategy to make sure you have the proper nutrients
that your body needs to heal and thrive.
Weight Loss:
We take a unique approach to helping our patients create
a healthier, leaner body. First we will be instituting all
aspects of the above consultations but most importantly
we attempt to find the root cause of your bodys inefficiency
and then create a strategy to correct it. (We do not prescribe
a diet only healthy habits coupled with corrections
of your bodys inefficiencies).
General Lifestyle Planning:
This consultation is usually
a follow-up to anyone of,or all of the above consults. Here
we help you put it all together.
Using small
steps, over time, together we will attempt to create new
ways of being for you. Together we will continue with this
strategy by persistently tweaking these new ways of being
so that you may continually and healthfully adapt and thrive
in your own environment.
If we have achieved our goal, you will not just continue
to do these strategies but will embody these strategies.
They will be as natural as brushing your teeth.
