She will walk you through an extremely simple way to get your new patient paperwork done in the convenience of your home so that you can fill it out calmly and completely, saving you precious time on your first visit in our office.
2 From the moment you walk into Chamberlain Chiropractic and Wellness, you’ll know that we’re different than any office you’ve visited before. The energy in our atmosphere isn’t like anything you’ve felt before. It’s a positive place for our community to gather. You’ll feel comfortable and relaxed and have a moment to look around before seeing the chiropractor. 3 The doctor will then do the comprehensive orthopedic, neurologic and other related tests needed to accurately determine the CAUSE of your neck pain, and why you feel the way you do. Through this process, we seek to locate the cause of your problem so we can develop a specific and effective plan to help you.
4 Your first visit is now complete. That night, Dr. Chamberlain will sit down to analyze all the details of your case and create a personalized plan to help you with your unique situation and needs. The next day you and Dr. Chamberlain will sit together and spend the better part of an hour going through this information in a very simple and easy to understand way. We will educate you so you fully understand your healing process and specific plan for neck pain relief.
